House - I go to... -- There is/are

One-month period with 4 and 5 year-old on
Vocabulary:         "House - Verbs"
Grammer focus:  "I go to......  -  There is a / are..... "

Aims:
  1. to teach vocabulary
  2. to focus on basic grammar rules
  3. to enjoy while teaching
  4. to make students "listen,see,do/feel" at the same time.
Gains of students:
  1. to be able to use and pronounce vocabulary correctly.
  2. to be able to use "I go to..." with different places.
  3. to be able to distinguish plural and singural nouns.
  4. to be able to use "There is a..." with a singular or uncountable nouns.
  5. to be able to use "There are..." with plural and countable nouns.
1st lesson: Parts of a house
Vocab.: House, roof, garden, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room
Gramm.: "I go to...." and just beginning with 'there is a...'

A game with verbs, actions and vocabulary
  * T shows and tells some action verbs
  * Ss try to guess which part of house T in.
       Ex: T washes her hands, brushes her teeth. Then Ss guess: Bathroom.

Ending-up:

2nd lesson: Objects in Bathroom
Vocab: bathtub, toothpaste, toothbrush, washbasin, towel, toilet, toilet paper,
Gram.: It's a.../ It is.... - There is a / are...

A small memory game with flashcards:
  * T presents all the flashcards.
  * T hides one flashcard.
  * Ss try to guess the missing one.

  1. Divide the children into two parts in lines. 
  2. Stay between two groups. 
  3. Repeat the vocabulary showing flashcards. 
  4. Show a flashcard and want the first student of each line know and say the word loud. 
  5. The early one goes to the end of his line. 
  6. and it goes on same...

4th Lesson: Objects in Living room and Bedroom
Vocab: Living room: armchair, table, sofa, chair, lamp, TV, carpet
